Quality and Inspection

RC CNC is committed to producing the highest quality CNC machined parts. To meet this goal, we have invested in an MICROVIEW, which not only checks part, but reverse engineer parts. We have a Sharp CMM for larger parts.  

Tolerances

Our general tolerances for CNC machining of metals is DIN-2768-1 fine and DIN-2768-1 medium. Tolerances are greatly affected by wall thicknesses, material choice, and geometry, so we seek to advise as to achievable tolerances for each part. We pride ourselves in wishing to help our clients achieven their desired tolerances that are better than DIN-2768-1, but work on a "best effort basis only" if the tolerances stated are tghter than our standard tolerances
